Over the last few years I have formed work relationships with people working in TV, Film and Radio. Below is a list of people in the industry I have met.
Sone Palda (This Is Westside Radio Manager)
I worked with Sone for my 2nd Year work experience. I would go to the radio station and film and interviews with upcoming music artists. I had the opportunity to attend a music festival and shoot interviews handheld. I also had the opportunity to meet radio presenters who were keen to get someone to film for their social media.
Sam Bould (VFX editor at Cut+Run)
I started contacting Sam through email for some advice on getting into the edit industry, it turns out he is one of my old lecturers son.
Neil Walker (BBC Distribution & Business Development)
Through mutual contacts I met Neil at a music festival, he works for the BBC and is involved with their contacts with the media.
Hollie Ambrose (Music Business Developments)
She is part of a circle of friends and is involved in the music industry
The Loud Shirts (Band)
I met this band at my part time job in a pub, they would play gigs at this pub a lot and they asked me to shoot them while performing their music.
